Freeman missed last Monday's game against West Virginia after being limited to just 23 ineffective minutes in last Saturday's game against Notre Dame. It was originally thought that Freeman had a stomach virus, but he underwent tests earlier this week to reveal the true nature of the problem.

The junior leads the 19th-ranked Hoyas in scoring, averaging 17 points this season.
