St. Petersburg, FL (Sports Network) - Tampa Bay Rays first baseman Carlos Pena left Thursday's 6-4 win over the Chicago White Sox in Game 1 of the American League Division Series with blurred vision in his left eye. Pena had apparently injured the eye late in the regular season, and was pulled after only one at-bat when the eye bothered him again. Willy Aybar took over for Pena at first for the top of the third inning. He finished the contest 1-for-2 with a sacrifice fly and a run scored.
